We provide a safe, private space for self-discovery—not medical advice or treatment. 2. Eligibility and Account Creation
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use Solace.
Users under 18 should have parental consent
Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts

Account Responsibility
You're responsible for maintaining account security
Provide accurate information during registration
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Your Content and Privacy
Your Reflections Belong to You
You retain full ownership of your journal entries and reflections

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium Subscription
Premium features require a paid subscription
Pricing is displayed before purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Billing through your device's app store (Apple App Store, Google Play)
Free Trial New users may receive a free trial period Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
Trial terms will be clearly displayed at signup

Refunds and Cancellation
Refund policies follow app store guidelines (Apple/Google) Cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
